Vinyl, Terror & Horror invites you with their exhibition Tanz mal wieder inside behind the curtain to experience a sculptural horror show. Despite the optimistic sounding title, the exhibition tells a story of apocalyptic cha cha and sculptural sardonic humor.
Tanz mal wieder is a 7 minute long composition interlinking sound and object through a fictional sequence of events. In daylight the exhibition appears overtly technical visually. Rocordplayers, cords, speakers and objects fill the room, but once the curtains are drawn and the world outside disappears the installation drastically changes character. A parallel sculptural reality is unveiled as the light fades and the soundscape takes the scene.
